The principal activities of Egeli Law Firm Capital Markets Group are advising on the liabilities associated with being a publicly held company, providing the necessary legal support for regulations of Capital Markets Board of Turkey, public offerings of companies in national and international stock markets, securing all permits and necessary documentation for being listed and issuance of securities market instruments.

In addition, other activities of the group include filing on Capital Markets Board’s claims against individuals and companies with regards to manipulation and market abuse actions, civil fines imposed by the Capital Markets Board and disputes arising from transactions made on Borsa Istanbul markets, as well as representing individual and institutional investors before the Capital Markets Board and courts when necessary.
